The La Poste Group Wants To Have A Complete Solution Allowing The Management Of Spaces And Services In The Working Environment Of Its Tertiary Sites. As An Indication, The Functionalities Of The Solution Must Cover Resource Management Needs (Working Spaces And Positions, Meeting Rooms, Bubbles, Parking Spaces, Etc.), In Particular: • Pre-Reservation; • Occupancy Validation; • Digital Signage; • Integration With Employee Tools (Office Suite, Mobile Application, Web Interface, Etc.); • Management Of Resources And Allocations By La Poste; • Publication Of Events (Management Of Local And National Events By La Poste). The Software Solution Which Will Be Interfaced With The La Poste Group Information System Must Be Interoperable With Its Environment, Scalable In Order To Take Into Account Changes In Activity, Geographical Location As Well As The Integration Of New La Poste Group Services And Allow The Integration Of Innovations, In Particular Where Applicable Artificial Intelligence Functionalities. The Expected Services Will Be As Follows: - The Provision Of The Software Solution With The Technical And Functional Specifications Mentioned Above; - The Optional Supply Of Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Solution, In Particular Digital Signage Devices, A Visitor Reception Solution, Occupancy Sensors, Terminals And Totems, Meeting Room Tablets, Etc.; - An Integration Project Phase (Build Phase) Which Will Cover At Least: • The Detailed Study Of The Needs, Management Rules And Specific Requirements Of The La Poste Group; • Recovery And Integration Of Existing Data (Users, Sites, Spaces, Management Rules, Specific La Poste Settings); • Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of The Software Solution; • Integration Into The La Poste Group Information System (Internal Repository, Directories, Employee Tools, Etc.)
