The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Means Of Transport, Tools, Equipment And Accessories As Part Of The Investment Titled: Means Of Transport For The Jemielno Commune As A Solution To The Problems Of Sewage And Road Management, Co-Financed By The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. The Order Was Divided Into 5 Parts: Part 1 - Equipment For Water And Sewage Management And Road Maintenance, Including The Supply Of Agricultural Tractors With Accessories, Agricultural Trailers, A Sand Spreader, Snow Plows, Mowers, A Slurry Barrel, A Chipper, A Sweeper And Other Equipment Specified In The Order Documents. Part 2 – Road Maintenance Equipment – ​​Other, Including The Supply Of A Tracked Mini Excavator, A Wheeled Backhoe Loader And A Trailer For Transporting The Mini Excavator. Part 3 – Road Maintenance Equipment, Including The Supply Of Power Generators And A Mobile Lighting Tower With Its Own Power Generator. Part 4 – Road Maintenance Tools, Including The Supply Of Compactors, Saws And Combustion Tools, A Riding Mower And A Slurry Motor Pump. Part 5 - Transport Equipment For Road Maintenance, Including The Delivery Of A Brigade Passenger Car. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Parts Of The Order. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Proceedings In Question, Using The Authorization Contained In Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Right To Cancel The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Technical Requirements Are Specified In The Order Documents. All Provisions Contained In This Notice Are Common To Parts 1-5 Unless Otherwise Expressly Stated.
