This Public Contract Concerns The Provision Of 2 Agricultural Tractors Of The Same Brand (Without Driver) Through Rental, Paid Monthly (Or Even Quarterly). The Rental Is For A Period Of 12 Months, Explicitly Renewable, A Maximum Of 2 Times. The Minimum Nominal Power Without Overpower (Ece R120) Of The Tractors Will Be Between 145 And 155 Hp. At The End Of 36 Months Of Rental, A Purchase Option Could Be Exercised For A Tractor. In The Event Of Purchase, An Extended Warranty And/Or Maintenance Of The Tractor May Be Activated For A Maximum Of 2 X 12 Months. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Malfunction Of One Or The Other Tractor, Their Replacement Within A Very Short Period Of Time With An Equivalent Tractor Is To Be Expected.
