The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including Land Development And Architectural And Construction Design, Technical (Executive) Design, Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Other Development Necessary To Fulfill All The Assumed Functions, Obtaining All Necessary Notifications/Permits, And Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment For The Project Entitled: Expansion Of Pszok In Dąbie At Ul. Pocztowa 34A On Plots No. 1564, 1565 And 1563.2. Basic Assumptions, Scope Of Design Development.2.1. The Design Documentation Should Include A Comprehensive Development Of The Functional And Spatial Layout Of Pszok, In Accordance With The Investors Assumptions, Applicable Legal Regulations And The Presented Concept, While Ensuring Full Functionality Of The Facility And Coherence With The Existing Land Development. 2.2.
