The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Modernization Of The Existing Building Of The Bardo Śląskie Forest District. The Modernization Works Are Aimed At Improving The Standard Of Use, Safety And Aesthetics Of The Interior And Technical Installations Of The Building. The Scope Of Work Does Not Include Changes To The Current Use Of The Building. The Work Will Be Carried Out During The Institutions Operation, In A Way That Will Not Disrupt Its Functioning. The Rooms Will Be Made Available To The Contractor On Floors. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Full Construction Work Processes, Including The Execution Of All Demolition, Construction And Finishing Works (Including The Removal Of Interference With Previously Installed Devices, In Particular Air Conditioners And Central Heating And Water And Sewage Installations), Along With The Purchase, Delivery To The Construction Site, Installation Of Materials And Devices, Removal From The Construction Site And Disposal Of Demolition Materials And Waste, As Well As The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Equipment Related To The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Elements: 1) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation: A) Conducting A Detailed Inventory And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Existing Electrical Installation. B) Replacement Of Worn-Out Wires, Protections And Distribution Elements In Accordance With Current Standards And Safety Regulations. C) Installation Of New Electrical Sockets, Switches And Lighting, Adapted To The Needs Of The Buildings Users. D) Ensuring Anti-Shock Protection And Proper Grounding Of The Installation. E) Introducing Solutions That Increase The Energy Efficiency Of Lighting (E.G.
