Tender for Zone No. 2 (General Zone) Under Aen/2/Hwh,, Pe 30.06.2027 [Jurisdiction - All Civil Engineering Works : Howrah Station New Complex (Terminal-Ii) Covering Old Drm Building, Goods Shed No 1,2,3 And Other Goods Sheds, Pf No 17- 23, All The Service Buildings Of New Complex, Rail Yatri Niwas, Officers Rest House, Power House, Taxi Stand And Circulating Area In Front Of New Complex, Including National Flag Area And River Front Area, 0.5 Mgd Water Filter Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant Etc, The Area Also Includes City Booking Offices Etc. All Civil Engineering Works, Road, Drain, Pipe Lines, Horticulture Works,Colour Wash, White Wash And Other Petty Repairs Of All Service Building & Other Structure Within The Above Jurisdiction Under Aen/2/Hwh. , - Schedule Items Covered Under All Chapters Of Cpwd- Dsr -2023 Which Includes (I) New Works Addition & Alterations To Existing Structures, Special Repair Works And Supply Of Building Materials Subject To The Contract Value Of Each Work Order Of Such Work Not Exceeding Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs) (Ii) All Ordinary Repairs And Maintenance Works And (Iii) Conveyance Of Materials E.G. Bricks, Lime, Sand Etc. Which Are Likely To Be Required In A Zone During The Year. Note:- Distribution Of The Proportion Of Cost Will Be As Under: General Civil Works: 70% Of Overall Basic Cost. Wood Works:10% Of Overall Basic Cost. Water Supply & Sanitary Works: 20% Of Overall Basic Cost. The Above Distribution Of Cost May Be Varied With The Approval Of Den/Sr. Den Within The Overall Cost Of The Zonal Contract.
