General Procurement Notice for Capacity Building and Product Development at the Ethiopia Security Exchange 1. The Ethiopia Capital Market Authority (Ethiopia) has received a loan from the African Development Bank/African Development Fund (the Bank) to finance the Ethiopia Capital Market Development Project (ECAMDS). 2. The principal objectives of this project are to (i) Enhance transparency and efficiency in Ethiopias capital market through the development of a Public Disclosure Platform at the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority and (ii) Strengthen product development and market participation at the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX) through training, public awareness, investor education, and knowledge sharing on ESX product and service offerings. 3. The project includes the following components: COMPONENT 1: Public Disclosure Platform for Ethiopias Capital Market Authority (ECMA) - Strengthen regulatory transparency, efficiency, and oversight in Ethiopias capital market through the development of a centralized Public Disclosure Platform.
