The City Of Vantaa Tenders The Maintenance, Repair And Spare Parts Services Related To The Water Treatment Systems Of The Swimming Halls For The Needs Of Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. Vantti Oy Is Responsible For The Property Maintenance Of Myyrmäki, Martinlaakso, Tikkurila, Hakunila And Korso Swimming Pools In Vantaa. The Service Under Procurement Includes The Maintenance And Repair Measures Necessary For The Functionality Of The Water Treatment Systems Of The Swimming Pools, As Well As Equipment-Related Spare Parts Services. The Service Also Includes Tasks Related To The Installation, Inspections, Commissioning And Malfunctions Of Water Treatment Equipment. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Ensure That The Water Treatment Systems Of The Swimming Halls Operate Safely, Reliably And Without Interruption Throughout The Contract Period, And That Maintenance And Repairs Can Be Carried Out In A Timely, High-Quality And Cost-Effective Manner. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1: Maintenance And Spare Parts Services For Swimming Pool Chemical Equipment And Replacement And Replenishment Of Filter Media Sub-Area 2: Maintenance, Repair And Spare Parts Services For Uv Equipment In Swimming Pools The Contract Period Is For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years And The Customer Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract For Two (2) One (1) Year Option Periods. It Is A Framework Arrangement For Which A Maximum Of Three (3) Framework Contract Suppliers Are Selected Based On A Comparison Of Bids Per Sub-Area In Priority Order. The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Are Described In More Detail In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tender (Appendix 5). The Estimated Total Value Of The Procurement Is Approx. 160,000 Euros (Vat 0%) During The Contract Period, Including Options.
