The Subject Of The Order Covers Fourteen Food Groups As Follows: Group No. 1: Milk And Milk Products; Group No. 2: Meat And Meat Products; Group No. 3: Fish, Fish Products And Other Seafood; Group No. 4: Eggs; Group No. 5: Oils And Fats; Group No. 6: Cereal And Cereal-Based Foods And Baked Goods; Group #7: Pulses; Group No. 8: Vegetables - Raw, Canned, Frozen, Dried, Fermented, Vegetable Juices; Group #9: Fruits-Fresh, Frozen, Dried, Preserved, In The Form Of Nectars And Fruit Juices, Jams, Marmalades, Jellies And Compotes; Group No. 10: Sugar, Sugar And Chocolate Products, Honey, Table Sweeteners; Group No. 11: Salts, Spices And Seasonings; Group No. 12: Soft Drinks And Bottled Natural Mineral, Spring And Table Waters; Group #13: Other Foods - Mayonnaise, Sauces, Dry Soups And Broths, Spreads, Coffee, Tea, Cocoa And Others; Group No. 14: Canned Foods And Ready-To-Eat Foods In Canned And Frozen Form. The Offered Food Products Must Meet The Requirements For Healthy Eating, Safety And Quality, Regulated In European And National Legislation. The Types Of Food Products From The Groups That Are The Subject Of Delivery Are Described In Detail By Type And Quantity In The Technical Specification Attached To The Participation Documentation. Estimated Value Without Including Vat (Bt-27-Lot) Is Formed As Follows 1. Estimated Value For The Initial Contract Term Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months: In The Amount Of 307,624.82 Euros Without Vat. The Value Is Calculated On The Basis Of The Two-Year Consumption (The Quantities Of Food Products Consumed During The Previous Calendar Year, Multiplied By Two), Valued At The Average Wholesale Prices For The Burgas Region, Announced In The Bulletin Of Sapi Eood, Valid As Of 19.05.2026 In Euros Without Vat. 2. Estimated Value Of The Option To Award Additional Types Of Food Products: In The Amount Of Eur 46143.72 Excluding Vat, Representing Exactly 15% (Fifteen Percent) On The Estimated Value For The Initial 24-Month Period. 3. Estimated Value Of The Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract By Up To 12 (Twelve) Months (On The Basis Of Article 116, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code): In The Amount Of Eur 176,884.27 Excluding Vat.
