The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste In The Period From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, From All Residential Properties Located In The Gryfów Śląski Commune, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill And From Owners Of Non-Residential Properties. (Covered By The Municipal Waste Management System) From The Gryfów Śląski Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Inhabited Properties, Including Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings, Unresidential Properties Covered By The Municipal Waste Management System, I.E. Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, In Relation To Real Estate: - Which Are Partly Real Estate Where Residents Live, And Partly Real Estate Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated - In Part Uninhabited, With The Exception Of Real Estate Constituting Catering Premises, - On Which There Is A Summer House, Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, - On Which The Activities Of The Gryfów Śląski Commune And Town Office And Other Organizational Units Of The Gryfów Śląski Commune And Cultural Institutions Of The Gryfów Śląski Commune Are Carried Out, In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune In Force During The Term Of The Contract Gryfów Śląski, Divided Into The Following Waste Fractions: A) Sorting Waste, I.E. Mixed Municipal Waste Remaining After Segregation, B) Paper, C) Glass, D) Metals And Plastics, E) Biodegradable Waste, Including Green Waste.
