The Platform Should Contain The Following Elements: - Element 1: Information Exchange - Element 2: Internship Exchange - Element 3: Cooperation Exchange The Digital Platform Should Arouse The Interest Of The Target Groups And Support Them In Becoming Active In Their Career Orientation. For This Purpose, The Individual Elements Must Be Designed In Such A Way That They Motivate Or Encourage People To Carry Out Specific Actions (E.G. Looking For An Internship, Setting Up Their Own Events And Offers) (Call-To-Action). The Target Groups Of The Platform Are: - Students From Grade 5 And Above As Well As School Leavers Who Are In The Career Orientation Or Preparation Process (Hereinafter: Students), - School Management And Teachers (Hereinafter: Schools), - Parents And - Non-School Partners (E.G. Companies, Chambers Of Commerce, Educational Institutions). The Platform Is Intended To Offer Students The Opportunity To Get An Overview Of Internship Positions (Including The Annual Future Day And Other Offers For Career Orientation) In Brandenburg And To Apply For Them Easily. It Is Also Intended To Support Young People In Their Career Orientation Process (E.G. By Providing A Collection Of Links). The Aim Is To Create The Opportunity For Teachers To Find Cooperation Partners Outside Of School To Carry Out Career Orientation Offerings. In Addition, A Good Practice Database Will Be Made Available For The Transfer Of Successful Practical Examples. The Platform Is Intended To Provide Parents With Useful Information And Materials To Support Their Childrens Career Orientation Process. The Opportunity Should Be Created For Non-School Partners To Offer Internships And Places For Other Bo Activities (E.G. Future Day, Practical Learning) Across The Country. In Addition, Schools Should Be Able To Be Searched For Through The Platform To Offer Joint Career Orientation Offerings. This Is Intended To Improve The Conditions For Attracting Future Trainees And Skilled Workers.
