The Procurement Services Of The City Of Savonlinna Are Requesting Bids For The Implementation Of The Renovation Contract For The Satamapuisto, Which Belongs To The Municipal Technical Services Of The City Of Savonlinna. The Contract Includes The Construction Work Of The Renovation Of The Satamapuisto, Located In The Center Of The City Of Savonlinna, As Well As The Construction Work Related To The Conduit Trenches And Drainage Of The Municipal Engineering, As Well As The Construction Work Related To The Repair Of The Edge Of Satamakatu, In The Scope Presented In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Asphalting And Other Restoration Of The Contract Area Are Also Part Of The Contract. The Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract. The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Executor As Defined By The Legislation. The Work Can Start In Accordance With The Contract Program And The Contract, When The Contract Has Been Signed And The Requirements Regarding The Start Of Work And Safety Have Been Met Or When The Customer Has Given Written Permission To Start. The Work Must Start No Later Than One Week After Signing The Contract. Work May Not Start Before August 17, 2026. The Contract Must Be Completed And Accepted With Delivery Materials By June 11, 2027 At The Latest.
