Treasury Services – Municipal Treasury Service. Municipal Treasury Service. The Assignment Of The Treasury Service Covered By This Contract, As Required By Art. 209 Of The Legislative Decree. N. 267/2000 And Subsequent Amendments, Is Made Up Of The Complex Of Operations Linked To The Financial Management Of The Local Authority And Aimed In Particular At The Collection Of Revenues, The Payment Of Expenses, The Custody Of Securities And Valuables And The Related Obligations Required By Law, The Statute, The Regulations Of The Institution Or Contractual Provisions. The Contract And The Obligations Of The Parties Are Analytically Described In The Agreement Approved With City Council Resolution No. 5 Of 01.28.2026 And In The Special Specifications. The Amount Of The Tender-Based Contract For The Five-Year Period Amounts To €1,600,000.00 (One Million Six Hundred Thousand Euros), Vat Exempt. The Body Has Taken Steps To Close The Securities Files Held In Custody At The Municipal Treasury; Therefore, The Exemption Referred To In Article 10, First Paragraph, No. Is Considered Applicable To The All-Inclusive Fee For The Treasury And Cash Service. 1) Of The Presidential Decree N. 633 Of 1972 (Right Opinion Revenue Agency Response No. 188/2023). The Amount Includes All The Services Envisaged And Referred To In The Special Tender Specifications And In The Agreement. The Estimated Global Value Of The Contract (Including The One-Year Contractual Extension) Is Equal To €1,920,000.00 (One Million Nine Hundred And Twenty Thousand Euros).
