1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Repair The Wall In The Ballet Hall In Building E Of The Academy Of Music. Karol Lipiński In Wrocław On The Basis Of Design Documentation Including The Detailed Design, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works By M.A. Engineer Arch. Tomasz Biegun Prepared In November 20252. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform In Particular: 2.1 Disassembly Of All Installation Elements (Including Sockets And Cabling) And Finishing Elements (Including Handrails And Mirrors) On The Wall Being Repaired And The Perpendicular Pre-Wall To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Works. 2.2 Disassembly Of The Suspended Ceiling From The Corridor Side To The Extent Necessary To Properly Carry Out Repair Work. 2.3 Disassembly Of Floor Strips And Raised Floor Layers Together With The Structure To The Extent Necessary To Properly Carry Out Repair Work. 2.4 Disassembly Of A Fragment Of The Perpendicular Pre-Wall With A Mirror To The Extent Necessary To Properly Carry Out The Repair. 2.5 Dismantling The Wall From The Level Of The Upper Ceiling To The Height Of Mounting The Edge Strips Of The Suspended Ceiling In The Corridor (Approx. 2 M High). 2.6 Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Ring On The Crown Of The Wall Fragment Remaining After Demolition. 2.7 Construction Of An Acoustic Wall Made Of Plasterboards On The Ring Up To The Height Of The Upper Ceiling, Taking Into Account System Peripheral Expansion Joints And Acoustic Insulation. 2.8 Repair Of Scratches In The Wall On The Side Of The Corridor And The Ballet Hall.2.9. Construction Of Dry Wall Construction Made Of Plasterboards Mounted Using A Full-Surface Gluing System, Finished With Fiberglass Wallpaper On The Wall On The Side Of The Corridor.2.10. Construction Of A Pre-Wall Made Of Plasterboards On A System Self-Supporting Structure On The Wall On The Side Of The Ballet Hall.2.11 Reconstruction Dismantled Fragments Of Suspended Ceilings And Raised Floors With All Floor Layers. 2.12 Reconstruction Of The Dismantled Fragment Of The Existing Perpendicular Pre-Wall. 2.13 Reconstruction Of Installation Elements (Including Sockets And Wiring). 2.14 Carrying Out Painting Works. 2.15. Cladding With Protective Vinyl Resin Wall Panels (Or An Equivalent Solution) On The Side Of The Ballet Hall. 2.16 Installation Of All Installation And Finishing Elements On The Wall And Perpendicular Pre-Wall (Including The Handrail And Mirrors).
