The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Primary School Named After The Heroes Of The Warsaw Uprising And The Gymnasium In Ołobok - Stages I And Ii. The Task Will Be Co-Financed From The Funds From The Special Purpose Reserve Of The State Budget (Part 83, Item 45).2. Construction Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Above-Mentioned The Tasks Will Be Carried Out In The Town Of Ołobok, Plot No. 113, Which Is The Property Of The Skąpe Commune.3. As Part Of Stage I For The Above-Mentioned Tasks The Contractor Undertakes To Perform, Among Others: The Following Construction Works:1) Construction Industry:A) Demolition Of Part Of The Gymnasium Building, B) Earthworks And Preparatory Works,C) Foundations,D) Walls, Columns,E) Floor On The Ground,F) Ceilings And Internal Stairs,G) Roofs,H) Façade,I) Carpentry,J) Hardened Surface Next To The Building.2) Electrical Industry:A) Power Supply And Cabinet Pwp,B) Dismantling - Old Part Of The School,C) Lightning Protection And Earthing Installation.3) Sanitary Industry:A) Water Connection,B) Gas Installation,C) Sewage Installations,D) Water Installations,E) Heating Installation,F) Ventilation.4. As Part Of Stage Ii For The Above-Mentioned Tasks The Contractor Undertakes To Perform, Among Others: The Following Construction Works:1) Construction Industry:A) Works Inside The School Building,B) Floor On The Ground,C) Ceilings And Internal Stairs,D) Plasters And Wall Cladding,E) Carpentry.2) Electrical Industry:A) Internal Installation,B) Fire Protection Installations.3) Sanitary Industry:A) Water Installations,B) Fire Protection Installation,C) Sewage Installations,D) Installation Heating,E) Ventilation.5. All Materials Used By The Contractor During The Investment Must Have Certificates And Be Approved For Use In Construction. All Construction Layers Of The Surface Should Be Made In Accordance With The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 9 Below. 6. The Scope Entrusted To The Contractor Will Include All Work Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Section 9 Below, As Well As From The Point Of View Of The Goal To Be Achieved By The Ordering Party In The Form Of Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Primary School Building In The Town Of Ołobok And In Accordance With This Contract With The Contractor. 7. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Described In The Swz, Design Documentation, Technical Specification And Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 2 To The Contract.8. The Contractors Duties Will Include, Among Others: Execution Of The Indicated Elements Of The Works In The Documentation, As Well As Those Resulting From The Assessment Of Field Conditions, Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation, As Well As Compliance With The Provisions Of Decisions, Arrangements, Conditions, Approvals
