6.1 Investment Called Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products On Farms From The Czyżew Commune In 2026 Covers The Collection, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Products From Buildings Covered By Funding Granted By The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture Under Measure A1.4.1: Replacement Of Roof Coverings Made Of Materials Harmful To Health Or The Environment On Farms Under The National Reconstruction And Augmentation Plan Resilience. Products Containing Asbestos Will Be Collected Only And Exclusively From The Beneficiaries Of Measure A1.4., To Whom The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture Paid And Settled Funds For The Implementation Of The Project Related To The Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of A Building/Buildings Covered With Asbestos-Containing Material, And Only And Exclusively In The Amount Of M2 Covered By The Co-Financing. After Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A List Of Beneficiaries From Whom Products Containing Asbestos May Be Collected. Asbestos, However The Ordering Party Reserves That The Above-Mentioned List May Change During The Implementation Of The Task.
