The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Annex. No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Attachment. No. 1 To Swz - Offer Form And Annex. No. 4 To Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Template Of The Contract, Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Providing A Single Service. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Highest Professional Diligence, Reliably And On Time And In Accordance With Ethical Standards, As Well As With All The Requirements Contained In The Tor With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors.4. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz.
