Canal Construction – Construction Project: Main Collector East Renovation And Renewal. As Part Of The Measure, The Main East Collector From The Rain Overflow Basin Rü27 Will Be Renovated Over A Length Of Approx. 1,067 M Using A Trenchless Method Using Grp Pipes. The Existing Shafts Will Mostly Be Renewed Or Dismantled And Replaced With New In-Situ Concrete Shafts. In Addition, The Existing Northern And Southern Track Crossings Will Be Renovated Using Grp. To Renew The Existing Grinding Track Crossing, A New, Right-Angled Track Crossing With A Length Of Approx. 127 M Will Be Created Using Dn 1600 Pipe Jacking. This Is Followed By Another Dn 1600 Curved Tunneling Over Approx. 352 M Parallel To The Railway Tracks To The Connection To The Existing Shaft 42225. The Measure Includes: - 10 New Shafts In In-Situ Concrete - 2 Stb Dn 1600 Channel Tunneling, 127 M And 352 M - 1067 M Grp Renovation Of The Main Collector - Grp Renovation Of The Northern (159 M) And Southern Track Crossing (158 M) Construction Is Being Carried Out While The Railway Is In Operation And In Close Coordination With Deutsche Bahn Ag. Work In The Area Close To The Track Must Be Carried Out Predominantly Within Specified Closure Breaks And Sometimes At Night And On Weekends. In Addition, Extensive Requirements For Dewatering, Noise And Environmental Protection As Well As The Handling Of Contaminated Soils Must Be Taken Into Account.
