Neuromotor Recovery Hospital Dr. Corneliu Bârsan Dezna, Arad County Organizes The Procedure For Awarding The Works Contract For The Rehabilitation, Modernization, Expansion, Endowment And Equipment To Nzeb Standards Of The Neuromotor Recovery Hospital Dr. Corneliu Barsan Corp C7- Dezna. The Realization Of The Investment Objective Mainly Aims At The Execution Of The Following Works (The Detailed Specifications Of The Technical Project Will Be Respected): Constructive Solution: Following Elaboration Technical-Economic Documentation, The Intervention Solution Adopted Aims To Create A Modern, Energy-Efficient And Functional Medical Infrastructure, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Nzeb Standard. The Existing Construction C7 Is Made Up Of Three Building Bodies, Respectively: • A Body With A Ground Floor Height System; • A Building With A Height System Of Demisal + Ground Floor + 2 Floors; • A Body With A Height System Ground Floor + 1 Floor. The Project Proposes The Expansion Of The C7 Body By Creating 5 New, Distinct Building Bodies, Separated From Each Other By Seismic Joints, With Different Height Regimes, Respectively S + D + P For Bodies A And B And D + P For Bodies C, D And E. The Proposed Technical Solution Mainly Includes The Following: • Thermal Rehabilitation And Modernization Of The Existing Body; • Expansion Of The Hospital Unit By Building A New Building Body; • Building The Infrastructure And Superstructure Related To The Newly Proposed Buildings, With Reinforced Concrete Frames; • Realization Of Internal Partitions And External Closures; • Carrying Out Architectural Works, Finishes, Thermal Insulation, Waterproofing And Carpentry; • Realization And Modernization Of Electrical, Sanitary, Thermal, Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Lpg Use Installations; • Realization Of Weak Current Installations, Namely Voice-Data, Tv, Cctv, Access Control, Personal Calling And Bms; • Realization Of Fire Detection, Signaling And Warning Installations; • Carrying Out Exterior Works, Accesses, Sidewalks, Alleys, Platforms And Vertical Systematization Works; • The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures And The Use Of Solutions Conforming To The Nzeb Standard. This Solution Contributes To Increasing Energy Efficiency, Reducing Consumption From Conventional Sources, Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Improving The Operating Conditions Of The Hospital And Ensuring Modern, Accessible Medical Spaces That Comply With The Current Requirements Applicable To Health Facilities.
