The Subject Of Orders Successively Awarded Within Dsz Will Be The Supply Of It Components, Materials And Accessories. Below Is An Example Of The Range: • Computer Components (Internal Elements Or Replaceable Parts Of Computers): Processors, Ram Memory, Ssd/Hdd Drives, Motherboards, Graphics Cards, Power Supplies, Cases, Cooling (Air, Water), Etc. • Computer Accessories (Small Devices And Accessories That Increase The Functionality Of The Equipment): Keyboards, Mice, Trackballs, Web Cameras, Headphones, Microphones, Stands, Pads, Holders, Docking Stations, Card Readers, Usb Switches/Hubs, Cd/Dvd/Br Recorders, Power Supplies, Chargers, Power Banks, Laptop Bags And Backpacks, Cleaning Products For It Equipment, Etc. • Data Carriers And Mass Storage Accessories (Data Storage Materials And Devices): Pendrives, External Drives, Cd/Dvd/Br Discs, Etc. • Cabling And Passive Components (Everything That Is Not An Active Device But Is Needed For Connections): Network Cables, Cables Hdmi/Dp/Usb, Patch Cords, Cable Organizers, Adapters, Etc. 2. The Ordering Party Expects To Award 1 Larger Order Each Year (E.G. 400-600 Internal/External Drives, 5,000-10,000 Cds/Dvd/Br, 300-500 Patch Cords, 300-500 Keyboards And Mice, Etc.) And Smaller Orders During Each Quarter (E.G. 50-100 Internal/External Drives, 2,000-5,000 Cds/Dvds/Brs, 50-200 Patch Cords, 50-200 Keyboards And Mice, Etc.). The Awarding Of Orders Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Funds At Its Disposal. 3. To Confirm That The Offered It Equipment Meets The Ordering Partys Requirements, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit The Evidence Together With The Offer. The Type Of Documents Will Each Time Be Specified In The Invitation To Submit Offers. 4. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 107 Of The Public Procurement Law, Will Call For Their Submission Or Supplementation. 5. The Ordering Party May Request Explanations Regarding The Submitted Evidence. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For An On-Site Visit. 8. The Execution Of The Order Does Not Require Employment Under An Employment Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Requirements Regarding The Possibility Of Applying For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 11. The Ordering Party Does Not Stipulate That The Contractor Is Obliged To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
