The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of The Service Of Producing Forms And Paper For Printing Documents, Which The Chief Inspector Of Road Transport Is Authorized To Issue. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Purchase Of The Service Of Producing Forms And Paper For Printing Documents Which The Chief Inspector Of Road Transport Is Authorized To Issue, Including: A) Forms Of The Community License For The International Commercial Transport Of Goods By Road In The Number Of 10,000 Sets (Original + Copy), B) Forms Of Extracts From The Community License For The International Carriage Of Goods For Commercial Purposes By Road In The Number Of 250,000 Sets (Original + Copy), C) Paper For Printing Drivers Certificates, 210,000 Sets (Original + Copy), D) Paper For Printing Extracts From Drivers Certificates, 210,000 Blanks. 2. The Purpose Of The Order Execution Is To Ensure The Continuity Of Granting Authorizations Which The Chief Inspector Of Road Transport Is Authorized To Issue. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Swz Part Iii Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Part Iv Swz (Ppu). 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Using The Option Right. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence Along With The Offer. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Supplementing The Evidence In Question Pursuant To Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Hold A Pre-Bid Meeting With The Contractors. 10. The Ordering Party Allows The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order. 10.1. In The Event Of The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 462 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requests The Contractor To Indicate The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of The Subcontractors Companies (If Known). 10.2. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order. 11. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Provide Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract. 12. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 13. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For Individual Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 14. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Employ The Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2) Of The Public Procurement Law. 15. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract; 16. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve Any Requirements Or Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Provision 96 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 17. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve Any Requirements Related To The Real Estate
