Passenger Cars – Delivery Of Cars In The Police Marked Patrol Version With A Van Body. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Maximum Of 110 Passenger Cars With A So-Called Panel Van Body. Patrol Vans. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - All Requirements For The Ordered Vehicles Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification). 3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicles To The Ordering Partys Warehouse In Krakow, Ul. Mogilska 109. Transport Costs Are Borne By The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For Each Delivered Vehicle In Accordance With The Data Contained In Annex 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification), But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty. 5. Requirements Related To Warranty Repairs And Maintenance Services Are Described In Annex 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification). 6. For Each Delivered Vehicle, The Contractor Must Attach The Documents (Prepared In Polish) Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification - P. Viii.2). 7. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Described In The Order Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law.
