Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Tnw_Ing_Wasserweckverband Paunzhausen_New Construction Of An Elevated Drinking Water Tank. The Paunzhausen Water Association Intends To Build A Replacement Elevated Drinking Water Tank On The Existing Waterworks Site In Order To Ensure Future, Hygienically Reliable And Efficient Drinking Water Supplies. The Project Sponsor Is The Paunzhausen Water Purpose Association. The Central Goal Of The Project Is To Build A New Elevated Tank With A Total Water Storage Volume Of 2,500 M³, Which Will In Future Be Responsible For Storing Drinking Water And Maintaining Pressure In The Supply Network. The New System Is Designed To Increase Security Of Supply, Optimize Operational Processes And Meet Current Technical And Hygienic Requirements. For This Purpose, A New Elevated Tank Hall Is Planned On The Waterworks Site, In Which Two Stainless Steel Tanks, Each With A Storage Volume Of 1,250 M³, Will Be Installed. The Tanks Have Accessible Lids With Railings As Fall Protection, Facilities For Cleaning And Level Measurement As Well As Regulated Ventilation With Air Filters And Safety Valves To Ensure Hygienic Operation And Protection Of The Container Structure. The Elevated Tank Building Is Intended As A Recessed Concrete Hall Construction With A Gable Roof. It Will Have A Thermally Insulated Facade Cladding Made Of Sandwich Elements As Well As A Functional Building Entrance With A Platform And Interior Access. Two Stainless Steel Tanks With The Necessary Fittings And Equipment For Operation, Maintenance And Cleaning Will Be Arranged Inside The Building. The Centrally Arranged Pipe Cellar Will Accommodate The Supply And Discharge Lines Of The Elevated Tank As Well As The Pressure Boosting Systems For The Low And High Zones. The Pump Technology Is Dimensioned Based On The Existing Structure And Planned In An Energy-Efficient Design; The Detailed Design Will Take Place As The Planning Progresses. The Necessary Supply And Drainage Lines On The Waterworks Site Will Be Reorganized As Part Of The Measure And Adapted To The New Elevated Tank. This Includes In Particular The Connections Between The Water Treatment And The Elevated Tank, The Pipes To The Low And High Zones, Bottom Drain And Emergency Overflow Pipes As Well As The Renewal Of The Existing Raw Water Pipes In Wells 1 And 2 With New Pehd Pipes. The Integration Into The Emsr Technology Including Transformer Station, Emergency Power System And Photovoltaic System Is Being Completely Replanned. The Replacement Of The Existing Raw Water Pipes In Wells 1 And 2 With New Pehd Pipes Will Be Commissioned Separately And Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Planning. The Existing Elevated Tank With A Total Storage Volume Of 1,500 M³ In Two Water Chambers (Built In 1971) Will Remain In Place As Part Of This Measure. It Is Currently Unclear Whether A (Partial) Demolition Will Take Place At A Later Date. Corresponding Demolition Or Conversion Services Are Not The Subject Of This Planning Contract. This Means The Existing Container Is In Place
