The Procurement Consists Of The Following Entities: - Info Screens For Indoor Use - Info Screens For Outdoor Use - Led Screen For Ticket Sales - Display Surface Of The Outdoor Poster Cabinet - Digital Signage System (Ds System) - Movable Digital Totems (Option) - Guidance Screens (Option) The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail Below In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. The Object Of Procurement Will Be Installed: - At The National Museum, Mannerheimintie 34, Helsinki - At The Finnish Museum Agencys Collection And Conservation Center, Kanervikkotie 4, Vantaa The Procurement Unit Will Arrange For Bidders To Get To Know The Installation Sites As Follows: - National Museum 9 June 2026 At 10:00 A.M. - Collection And Conservation Center 9 June 2026 At 1:00 P.M. You Must Register For The Site Visit By Email To Arttu.Kantola-Guttorm@Museovirasto.Fi No Later Than 8 June 2026 At 12 Noon. The Site Visit Is Voluntary, I.E. Participation In The Site Visit Is Not A Prerequisite For Submitting An Offer. The Targeted Completion Of The Implementation Is In October 2026, But There Is A Possibility Of Flexibility To A Small Extent. Info Screens For Outdoor Use Should Be Available As Soon As Possible. The Installations Must Be Adjusted To The Use Schedules Of The Museum Premises In Such A Way That The Disruption To Other Activities Is As Minimal As Possible.
