Railway Points – Y-Switches H-Bahn Main Line. The H-Bahn (Suspension Railway) Is A Fully Automatic And Unattended Local Transport System With A Track Made Of Steel Supports And Girders. The Track Girders Are Designed As Hollow Girders With Slots At The Bottom. The Lower Chords Inside The Hollow Box Form The Running Surfaces For The Supporting Wheels Of The Cabin Chassis And Are Also Used As Braking Surfaces For The Mechanical Brakes That Act On The Bottom And Top Of The Lower Chords. The Web Plates Of The Road Girders Take Over The Tracking Of The Running Gear. The H-Bahn Switch Consists Of The Switch Carrier And The Built-In Switch Setting Device. The Geometry Is Determined By The Routing. The Switch Setting Device Is Installed Inside The Switch Carrier. The Drive Of The Actuating Device Is Arranged On The Top Chord. The Two Y-Switches On The Main Route Are Swapped, We01.02 (Carrier Fa01tr024) And We04.01 (Carrier Fa04tr056). Both Switches Are Identical In Construction. The Production Of The Switch Carriers And The Control Devices Are The Subject Of This Tender. The Services Include Delivery And Assembly, As Well As Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Switches. Furthermore, The Cover Of The Switch Drive And The Protective Railings For The Switch Access Must Be Manufactured And Installed.
