The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Washing And Disinfection Services, As Well As The Collection And Delivery Of Hospital Linen From Childrens And Adult Wards (Mattresses, Pillows, Quilts, Blankets, Mops And Staff Working Clothes, Owned By The Ordering Party, In The Quantity And Assortment Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: Annex No. 1A - Description The Subject Of The Order Opz 3. Detailed Conditions And Rules Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Regulated In The Contract Template - Annex No. 4 To The Contractual Terms And Conditions. 4. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order That He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And That The Subcontractors Companies Be Provided - In Accordance With Article 462, Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Subcontractor Refers To The Entity Whose Resources The Contractor Relied On, Pursuant To The Principles Set Out In Article 118(1) Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate To The Ordering Party That The Proposed Other Subcontractor Or Contractor Independently Meets Them To An Extent Not Less Than The Subcontractor Whose Resources The Contractor Relied On During The Procurement Procedure.
