The Ministry Of Education And Culture Is Requesting Your Offer For The Implementation Of Research On The Current Status, Functionality And Development Needs Of Teacher And Principal Qualifications In A Society With A Changing Demographic Structure. In Addition, The Current Status Of Teacher And Principal Qualifications Will Be Mapped And The Functionality Of The System From The Perspective Of Future Population Development Will Be Investigated Based On Research, In Order To Be Able To Secure Qualified And Competent Teaching Staff Throughout The Country In The Future. In Addition, We Will Look At How Well The Qualification Requirements Enable And Ensure The Quality And Adequacy Of Teachers Skills In A Changing Social Situation, Taking Into Account The Continuum Of Educational Levels And, On The One Hand, The Organization Of Teacher Training Courses And The Attractiveness Of The Training Courses.
