The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Technical Maintenance Professional Service Complex. The Expert Service Package Includes The Following Services: 1) Section A: Maintenance Monitoring And Inspection Visits Of The Two Ice Rinks Ammonia Refrigeration Facilities Every Two (2) Weeks, Including Reporting. 2) Section B Maintenance Work Management And Documentation In The Clients Spotilla System, Including Setting Up The Environment If Necessary. 3) Section C: Technical Tendering Support For Public Procurement And Preparation Of Various Procurement Documents At The Request Of The Client. The Ice Rinks Common Ammonia Refrigeration Plant (Nh3) With A Common Refrigeration Capacity Of 800 Kw. Ammonia Fillings Are 80 Kg And 100 Kg (180 Kg In Total). The Service Supports The Operational Reliability And Safety Of The Refrigeration Plant, Ensures Consistency Of Maintenance Work Management And Documentation In The Spotilla System, And Produces The Technical Documents For Public Procurement Required By The Customer. Needs (Need Definitions, Service Descriptions, Requirement Definitions And Forms). Procurement Is An Administrative Expert Service. It Does Not Include Operational Monitoring Of The Objects Use (E.G. Continuous Control Room Operation Or Duties Of Operating Personnel). The Procurement Also Does Not Include Acting On Behalf Of The Customer As A Pressure Equipment Operator. However, The Service Provider Provides The Information And Findings Needed For Maintenance To The Operator Named By The Customer. One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected To Implement The Service. The Contract Period Is Four (4) Years And It Starts From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Making Parallel Offers Is Prohibited. If The Bidder Makes Parallel Bids, Only The Most Recently Received Bid Will Be Taken Into Account In The Bid Comparison. Other Matters: This Procurement Is Tendered By The City Of Kerava For The Use Of The Entire City Group Of Kerava And All Industries Of The City. The Agreement Is Valid For Use By The Entire City Group, And It Can Be Used By: - ​​All Industries, Units And Businesses Of The City Of Kerava, And - All Subsidiaries And Associated Entities And Foundations Belonging To The City Group Of Kerava. The Units And Entities Of The City Group Are Not Obliged To Use The Agreement, But They Have The Right To Do So.
