The Public Order Includes The Periodic Supply Of Medical Devices/Consumables For The Needs Of The Neurosurgery Clinic And Consumables For Extracorporeal Renal Therapy For The Burns And Plastic Surgery Clinic At N.I. Pirogov Umbalsm, Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Present Award Documentation. Code Of The Order, According To The General Glossary Of Terms: 33140000 - Medical Consumables. The Order Is Divided Into 3 (Three) Separate Items, As Separate Items No. 1÷2 Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of These Procurement Instructions. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Contracting Authorities May Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order And Individual Item 3 - Consumables For Dialysis Treatment - The Estimated Value Of Which Is Eur 2,641.00 Excluding Vat Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - By Direct Assignment. The Total Estimated Value Of All Individual Items (Individual Items No. 1÷3) Included In The Public Procurement Is Eur 1,661,446.00 Excluding Vat. Presentation Of Variants In The Offer Is Not Allowed. The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contract Performance Guarantee Is In The Amount Of 2% (Two Percent) Of The Contract Value Excluding Vat. The Validity Period Of The Offers Is 6 Months.
