The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Preparation Of A Complex Report For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For Construction, According To Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 And Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut, Including Verification Of Compliance With The Specific Requirements For The Protection Of Immovable Cultural Values, Issued Opinions And Coordination Regimes By The Competent Authorities. Activity 2: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction According To Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, Including Control For The Lawful Implementation Of The Construction, Control Over The Materials Used, Coordination Between The Participants In The Construction Process, Compliance With The Measures For The Protection Of Archaeological Structures And Assistance Until The Completion And Commissioning/Acceptance Of The Construction. The Consultant Should Perform The Activities In Accordance With The Law On Cultural Heritage, The Law On Cultural Heritage, Ordinance No. 3/2003, As Well As All Applicable Regulations In The Field Of Investment Design, Construction And Preservation Of Cultural Heritage.
