(26/38) Renovation Vehicles, Framework Agreement . Descriptionthe Competition Applies To Framework Agreements For The Delivery Of Waste Disposal Vehicles, Workshop Services And Service Agreements. The Cars Must Be Biogas-Powered. The Client Is Sirkula, Glør, Horisont And Hra. Within The Framework Agreement Period, The Need Is Estimated At 6-8 2-Chamber Compactor Trucks And 4-6 Compactor Trucks With Crane. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At: Nok 70,000,000 Ex. Vat Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period, Including Any Options And Expected Price Increase: Nok 100,000,000 Ex Vat. The Need Is Uncertain. The Volume Can Vary Both Up And Down, And During The Contract Period Will Depend On, Among Other Things, The Clients Needs, Activities, Budget Situation And Other Framework Factors. Ordering Of Car(S) Is Done Individually By Each Company. For Further Information, We Refer To The Price Form And Requirements Description. The Procurement Regulations Section 7-9, Fourth Paragraph Applies In This Procurement. The Main Performance In The Procurement Is Vehicles, Where The Biggest Environmental Impact Is Clearly In Possible Emissions As A Result Of Fossil Fuel. In This Procurement, Vehicles With Biogas-Based Operation Are To Be Acquired. This Has A Better Effect On The Climate And Environment Than Using Fuel Technology As An Award Criterion, As There Is A Risk That Suppliers Would Otherwise Supply Fuel Technology With Greater Emissions. The Client Has Assessed The Procurement Against The Apprentice Regulations, Cf. § 7 Of The Procurement Act, And Concluded That There Are No Requirements For Apprentices In This Procurement As The Procurement Is A Procurement Of Goods, Cf. § 4 Of The Apprentice Regulations.
