Cmh26-64 - Contractor Services - Small Area Construction . The Scope Of Work Is To Provide As Required Construction, Renewal, And Commissioning Services For Water And Stormwater Infrastructure, Road Restoration, And Shallow Utility Trenching Within City Limits. The Term Of Contract Will Be 1 Year With The Option To Extend Annually For An Additional 4 Years. Work May Include: • Waterline Removal And Replacement (Renewals, Replacements, Tie-Ins). • Valve Installation (Mainline Valves, Tapping Sleeves/Valves Where Directed). • Fire Hydrant Installation (Hydrants, Leads, Isolation Valves, Valve Boxes). • Prefabricated Concrete Vault Structure Installation. • Sanitary Sewer Manhole Installation. • Sanitary Sewer Pipe Removal And Replacement. • Commissioning Services For Potable Water (Pressure Testing, Flushing, Disinfection, Sampling, Turn-In). • Stormwater Services (Storm Mains, Structures, Service Laterals, Connections As Directed). • Excavation, Bedding, Pipe Zone Preparation, Backfill And Compaction For All Included Utilities. • Road Restoration (Temporary And Permanent Restoration As Directed In Work Orders). • Shallow Utility Trenching (Ducts/Conduits Trenches, Crossings, And Reinstatement As Directed).
