Prior Information Notice For Lease Without Purchase Option Of A Fully Equipped Prefabricated Building Destined For Classrooms For The Ispc.The Object Of This Administrative Contract Consists Of The Drafting Of The Project, Execution Of The Works And Rental Of A Modular Construction, As Well As The Supply Of The Furniture Necessary For The Equipment Of The Classrooms, With The Purpose Of Covering The Structural Needs Of The Classrooms Arising Following The Approval Of The Different Work Projects That Will Be Executed In The Anticipated Period From 2025 To 2028 As A Consequence Of The Commissioning Program For Infrastructural Actions Of The Generalitat Of Catalonia, Sau. The Following Division Into Lots Is Foreseen:- Lot 1: Drafting Of Project, Execution Of Works And Rental Of A Modular Construction In The Modality Of Turnkeys, With The Quality And Specifications Of This Tender, In The Committed Term And With All The Permits, Legalizations And Licenses Required By The Town Council Of Mollet Del Vallès And Official Bodies. The Exceptionality Of The Joint Contracting Of The Drafting Of The Project And The Execution Of The Works Is Justified By The Need To Apply Those Specifics Of The Turnkey Procedure, With The Consequent Contracting Of All Those Services That Satisfy The Object Of The Contract And The Pursued Purpose.- Lot 2: Contract For The Supply Of The Following Furniture For A The Equipment Of The Prefabricated Classrooms: A. 180 Student Desks 180 Chairs For Students. 6 Teachers Tables (Office)D. 6 Operative Chairs. 6 Blackboards 6 Counters Of Surog. 6 Trash Cans Of The Metal Grid Type, One For Each Classroom It Should Be Noted That The Current Modular Buildings Of The Institute Of Public Safety Of Catalonia Already Have Furniture. For This Reason, It Is Necessary That The Furniture Intended For The Classrooms Be Similar In Type And Color To The Existing One. Photographs And Measurements Are Attached To Annex 4 Of The Technical Specification Sheet. In This Lot, A Suspension Condition Of Execution Of The Contract Consisting Of The Effective Construction And Installation Of The Modular Building Is Set.
