The Purpose Of This Public Tender Is To Execute The “Sowing Smiles” Strategy Of The “Oral Health Strategies” Program In 2026, Through The Development Of Activities For The Promotion, Prevention And Specific Protection Of Oral Health In The Vulnerable Preschool Population Of The Commune Of Villa Alemana, Through Interventions Carried Out In Prioritized Educational Establishments. The Strategy Includes Carrying Out Group Training Activities Aimed At The Teaching Team, With The Aim Of Strengthening Knowledge, Promoting Oral Hygiene Habits And Promoting The Incorporation Of Oral Health Topics In Pedagogical Activities Aimed At Boys And Girls Under Their Care. Likewise, It Considers The Delivery Of An Oral Hygiene Set For Each Beneficiary Child, Consisting Of Four Childrens Toothbrushes And A Toothpaste With A Concentration Greater Than 1,100 Ppm Of Fluoride; The Performance Of Oral Health Examinations By A Dental Professional In A Community Context; The Registration Of The Ceod Index Through Visual Inspection; And The Application Of Fluoride Varnish Twice During The Year, In Accordance With The Current Technical-Administrative Guidelines Of The Oral Health Strategies Program. The Execution Of The Program Must Contemplate At Least Two Visits To Each Incorporated Educational Establishment, In Addition To Prior Coordination Between The Provider And The Corresponding Educational Establishment, Prioritizing Junji Kindergartens, Fundación Integra, Special Schools And Establishments Dependent On Or Subsidized By Mineduc, Under A Focus On Equity And Timely Access To Preventive Oral Health Benefits.
