Popiełuszki 18 In Opole.2. The Scope Of The Contract Is Stage Ii Of Works, Including The Reconstruction Of The Elevator Shaft With The Machine Room, In Particular Works Consisting In: A) Dismantling The Passenger Lift From 1978 Along With Electrical Installations For The Main Power Switch Of The Lift; B) Installation Of A Brand New Passenger Lift (Electric Rope - Hospital With Parameters Indicated In The Design Documentation) In The Existing Elevator Shaft Using The Existing Machine Room; C) Carrying Out The Necessary Construction Works Resulting From The Type Devices.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; B) Description Of The Crane Parameters - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; C) Detailed Design Of Construction Works, Which Together With The Permit (Decision No. 847/21) Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz; D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (All Industries) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Note: So Far, The First Stage Of Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Three Sanitary Rooms And Partially Ongoing Renovation Works At The Existing Lift Have Been Completed, As Determined By The Office Of Technical Supervision - These Works Are Not The Subject Of This Procedure.
