The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of The Design, Obtaining A Valid Administrative Decision (Demolition Permit Or Notification), Demolition Of The Building, Tidying Up The Area, Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Scope Of Work Includes: - Preparation Of A Demolition Project Together With Obtaining The Necessary Industry Arrangements For Disconnecting Utilities Connected To The Building; - Agreeing On The Design Documentation With The Ordering Party; - Obtaining A Valid Administrative Decision (Demolition Permit Or Notification) - Preparing A Traffic Organization Project - If Necessary. Note: The Contractor Will Obtain All Consents And Documents Necessary To Obtain A Valid Administrative Decision For The Demolition Of The Building. - Fencing The Demolition Area, - Cutting Off, Dismantling And Securing Media Connections (Electricity Network, Gas Network, Water Supply Network, Sewage Network, Telecommunications Network And Others - If Any). The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Apply To The Network Operators For The Conditions Of Disconnecting All Connections To The Building. - Providing Protection Against Damage To The Property Of The Neighboring Private Property - Demolition Of A Three-Story Brick Building. Demolition Together With The Foundations - Backfilling The Excavations Created After The Demolition Of The Foundations With Unsorted Earth Without Rubble; - Applying Topsoil To The Top Layer, Raking And Sowing Grass; - Dismantling The Fence - Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials, Building Equipment Elements And Items And Materials Stored On The Plot Near The Building (Rubble And Soil) The Contractor Will Dismantle And Hand Over To The Ordering Party The Information Indicated By The Inspector Steel Elements From The Demolition Of The Building. - Presentation Of A Declaration On Waste Disposal Or Presentation Of A Waste Card; - Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Note: Due To The Location Of 2 Boxes For Swifts On The Buildings Facade, The Contractor, Before Demolition Of The Building, Should Submit An Application For Derogations From The Prohibitions In Relation To Protected Species To The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection And Obtain A Derogation Decision That Will Enable The Destruction Of The Boxes. The Application Must Be Accompanied By A Nature Expert Opinion Prepared By A Specialist, Documenting The Occurrence Of Protected Species And Their Habitats In The Area Of ​​The Planned Project, Together With A Description Of The Proposed Methods Of Mitigating And Compensatory Measures. The Demolition Of The Building Will Only Be Possible When The Contractor Obtains And Submits To The Ordering Party The Decision Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection. Note: The Demolition Of Buildings Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As Not To Damage The Road And Sidewalk Infrastructure In The Area Adjacent To The Demolition Area. In
