1. Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Mining Works Consisting In Drilling A New Gallery, Approximately 31 Meters Long, From The Wałczyn Transverse To The Unnamed Gallery On Level Iii Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Along With The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Passage Through Chambers Iii/209 And Iii/202, Hereinafter Referred To As Mining Works.1.2. The Aim Of The Mining Works Will Be To Make The Galleries Available At The Southern Boundary Of The Deposit On Level Iii Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine For Decommissioning Works Carried Out In This Area. After Completion Of Decommissioning Works In This Area, The Sidewalk Will Be Removed.2. Scope Of Mining Works. As Part Of The Mining Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Work Site (Area), 2) Complete The Technical Design Indicated In § 7 Section 1 Point 1 About The Technology Of Performing Works,3) Provide Materials Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works,4) Provide Machines And Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works,5) Ensure Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications To Supervise The Mining Works,6) Provide Surveying Services,7) Carry Out Mining Works.3. Execution Of Mining Works.3.1. Before Commencing Work In The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Technology For Their Implementation, Based On The Guidelines Contained In The Technical Design Indicated In § 7 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Contract Template, Agreeing It With The Services Subordinate To The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), And Then, After Making Arrangements, Submitting It For Approval To Krzg. The Technology Should Be Consistent With The Order Of Krzg No. Ksw/Z/Krzg/42/2018 Of April 24, 2018, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract.3.2. Mining Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) The Design Documentation Developed By The Ordering Party Under The Name: Technical Design With The Technology Of Drilling A Punched Heading From The Wałczyn Transverse To The B/N Heading On Level Iii In The Wieliczka S.A. Salt Mine.
