The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of Windows And Balcony Doors In The Dormitory Building Of The Forest School Complex In Biłgoraj (On Plot No. 5/5, Precinct 0001 Biłgoraj, Registration Unit Of The City Of Biłgoraj 060201_1).2. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling The Existing Window Joinery And Balcony Doors To Be Replaced; 2) Dismantling The Existing Internal Terrazzo Window Sills; 3) Delivery And Installation Of New Window Joinery And Balcony Doors; 4) Installation Of Joinery, Including Sealing, Anchoring, Processing And Finishing Works Around Window Openings; 5) Internal Work On Door Frames, Including Leveling, Plastering, Filling And Preparing The Surface For Painting; 6) Delivery And Installation Of Internal Conglomerate Window Sills Along With The Necessary Support, Anchoring, Sealing And Finishing Of Joints; 7) Removing Existing Wall Coverings From Ceramic Tiles On Window Jambs In The Indicated Rooms; 8) Preparation Of The Substrate And Installation Of New Ceramic Tile Cladding On Window Jambs; 9) Dismantling The Existing Balustrades At The Staircase Windows And Carefully Forging Out The Fastening Elements; 10) Delivery And Installation Of New Balustrades At Staircase Windows, Along With The Necessary Fixings And Repairs After Dismantling; 11) Protection Of Rooms, Passageways, Equipment And Building Elements Against Damage And Dirt During Works; 12) Painting Works On Walls With Windows, Staircases, Wainscoting, Plinths, Stair Stringers And Footrests And Stair Railings; 13) Removal, Management And Disposal Of Dismantling Materials, Rubble, Scrap And Other Waste Generated In Connection With The Implementation Of Works; 14) Tidying Up The Work Area And The Rooms Covered By The Work After Completion Of The Implementation; 15) Performance Of All Accompanying, Auxiliary And Reconstruction Works Necessary For The Proper, Complete Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Documentation.3. In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will: 1) Develop A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Investment, 2) Will Be Responsible For The Entire Order, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order, 3) During The Warranty And Guarantee Period, To Participate In Organized Inspections Of The Facility And Each Time In The Event Of Defects, 4) Be Fully Liable For Damage Caused By Its Own Employees As A Result Of Non-Compliance With The Regulations Occupational Health And Safety,5) Accepting Liability For Any Damage Caused By Its Employees Or Persons Acting On Its Behalf, Including Cases Of Bodily Injury Or Property Damage Caused By Action Or Omission During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, To The Extent Provided For By The Civil Code,4.
