1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Accompanying Infrastructure In Piła At Ul. Lt. Col. Aleksandra Kita. Four-Story Building, No Basement, With 27 Apartments With Balconies And A Passenger Lift. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That All Residential Premises And Common Areas Ensure Accessibility For People With Disabilities, The Elderly And People With Special Needs.3. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has A Valid Building Permit Regarding The Subject Of The Contract.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For Residential Premises With A Free-Standing Induction Cooker With An Oven, 2) White Installation, I.E. Sinks, Faucets, Cabins Or Bathtubs, Toilet Bowl, 3) Installation Of Doors, Floor Panels, 4) Installation Of Electrical Sockets, Switches, Etc., 5) Execution Of Wall Cladding, Filling, Painting, Stoneware Tiles In Bathrooms, 6) Execution Of The Energy Performance Certificate For The Building Referred To In Art. 3 Section 1 Of The Act Of August 29, 2014 On The Energy Performance Of Buildings And In The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 15 Of This Act.5. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Accompanying Infrastructure, A Playground, A Rest And Recreation Area, Parking Spaces, An Exit From A Public Road, And Renovation Of The Road Surface.6. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: Construction Of Connections: Water, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Energy Connection, Building Heating, Water Installation, Storm Sewage Installation, Sanitary Sewage Installation, Photovoltaic Installation, Area Lighting, Solid Waste Collection Point.7. The Contractors Obligations Include Tidying Up The Area Of The Planned Investment, Including The Liquidation Or Reconstruction Of Part Of The Existing Underground Infrastructure Colliding With The Planned Project And The Necessary Cutting Of Trees.
