1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of The Municipal Area In Zbiczno With Recreational And Sports Infrastructure Called Renewal Of Municipal Areas By Developing The Area In The Town Of Sumowo With Recreational And Sports Infrastructure On Plots No. 94/14, 94/15 And 98 In The Town Of Sumowo, Surveying District Sumowo2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of Recreational Paths With A Gravel-Paved Surface, 2) Parking Spaces For Bicycles, A Pedestrian Road Along With The Reconstruction Of The Exit From Concrete Blocks, 3) Construction Of A Fire Ring With Benches, 4) Installation Of Outdoor Gym Equipment, 5) Installation Of Playground Equipment, 6) Low And High Fencing With A Ball Catcher, 7) Arrangement Of Green Areas, 8) Grass Pitch With Equipment, 9) Recreation And Relaxation Gazebo, 10) Installation Of Small Architecture Such As Park Benches, Waste Bins, 11) Solar Lamps. The Ordering Party Requires That All Installed Devices On The Playground Comply With The Pn-En 1176 Standard For Devices In Public Playgrounds, And The Installed Outdoor Gym Equipment Must Be Certified In Accordance With The Pn-En 16630:2015 Standard, So That All Devices Used Provide A Guarantee. Safe Use And Trouble-Free Acceptance. The Ordering Party Reserves The Contractors Right To Perform Maintenance Treatments On The Grass Surface (Mowing, Fertilizing, Reseeding The Grass) During The Warranty Period, Until It Is Ready For Use.3. The Technical Conditions And Requirements Were Specified In Detail In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Arrangements, Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 11 To This Swz.4. The Investment In Question Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Notification Of The Works To The District Office. 5.
