Szkolna 11, If The Contractor Demonstrates At The Design Stage That There Is A Reserve Of Heat Energy That Can Be Generated In This Boiler Room. The Type Of Heat Pump And Its Power Will Be Selected By The Designer (Design And Build Formula). The Ordering Party Allows A Technology For The Construction Of Central Heating Pipelines Other Than Pe-Rt, Provided That The Other Solutions Used Have No Worse Technical And Operational Parameters.
