3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Fire Protection System On The Premises Of The Museum Branch In Uzarzewo. Stage Iii - Palace: Ground Floor, Basement 3.2 The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Executive Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Taking Into Account The Fact That The Design Documentation Also Covers A Material Scope That Goes Beyond The Subject Matter Of This Procedure (Works Relating To Stage I And Stage Ii), The Ordering Party Informs That The Actual Material Scope Results From The Attached Bills Of Quantities For Stage Iii And The Quantities Indicated Therein Should Be Verified On The Basis Of The Documentation.3.3 By The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Point. 4 Swz, The Contractor Must Fulfill The Obligation Resulting From § 13 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014 On The Protection Of Museum Collections Against Fire, Theft And Other Dangers Threatening Their Destruction Or Loss (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 1240), According To Which The Acceptance Of Installed Or Rebuilt Electronic Security Devices Takes Place After 21 Days Of Trial Operation Based On The Protocol Handover And Acceptance, Containing Confirmation Of Their Correct Operation Determined On The Basis Of Tests And Examinations Carried Out, And After Providing The Museum With As-Built Documentation, An Operation And Maintenance Book For Electronic Safeguards, And After Training The Museums Employees In The Use Of Installed Or Rebuilt Electronic Safeguards.3.4 The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions: 3.4.1 Wherever The Swz And Its Annexes Contain Terms Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, And The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Contractors Offering Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices. 3.4.2 Wherever The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, It Is Assumed That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, And The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 3.4.3 Solutions Other Than Those In The Executive Documentation Are Allowed As Equivalent, Provided That Technical And Technological Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Executive Documentation And Compliance With Applicable Legal Requirements. 3.4.4 The Ordering Party Has Specified The Basic Parameters Of Materials And Devices. In Each Case, They Should Be Understood As The Minimum Requirements That The Offered Materials And Devices Must Meet, I.E. They Must Have Parameters No Worse Than Those Spec
