1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Included In The Scope Of The Construction Project, Including The Expansion Of The Kindergarten Building In Zakliczyn With A Toilet Along With The Expansion Of Internal Installations, The Adaptation Of A Kindergarten Room For A Nursery Room And The Construction Of A Fenced Playground For A Nursery Department Equipped With Certified Play Equipment Along With A Communication System With A Paving Stone Surface And Reconstruction (Demolition Of The Old Part And Construction Of A New Part) Of The External Part Storm Sewage System. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Equipment. 2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Myślenice Poviat, Siepraw Commune, Zakliczyn Ul. Kościelna 16, On Plots No. 803/2 And 803/4. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions Of Contract Execution Were Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Design Documentation - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, - Additionally, Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. In Accordance With The Principles Of The Lump-Sum Form Of Remuneration Covered By This Procedure, The Bill Of Quantities Is An Information And Auxiliary Document.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Temporary And Accompanying Reconstruction Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order And Reconstruction Works, Carrying Out The Required Final Tests, Carrying Out Measurements, Tests And Acceptances, All Other Activities And Documents (Including As-Built Documentation) Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works And For Putting The Facility Into Operation. The Works Should Be Performed And Completed In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law And Environmental Protection Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Quality Guarantee Of 60 Months (Identical To The Warranty Period For Defects) And A Maximum Of 84 Months. The Quality Guarantee Period Begins On The Day Following The Date Of Final Acceptance And Takeover Of All Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Confirmed By Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Investment (Subject Of The Contract). The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.6. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).7.
