Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of General Chemical Products in Poland

[1] The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Various Types Of Chemical Products (Part 1 - General Construction Chemical Products For Jw 1158 Łask).[2] A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E. Quality Parameters, Functional Features And Other Requirements) Is Included In Annex No. 6 A To The Swz. The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Minimum Quality Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.[3] If A Brand, Manufacturer Or Own Name Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Should Be Treated As An Example Product. The Contractor May Offer A Product Equivalent To The One Indicated By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Products Must Have Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 6 A To The Swz.[4] When Applying For A Contract In Parts 1-6, The Contractor Completes The Offered Product Column In The Price Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Submitting An Offer Without Indicating The Name Of The Offered Product, Manufacturer, Model, Catalog Number In Any Position Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.[4] Packaging Sizes And The Quantity Of The Ordered Assortment Are Included In The Price Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. [5] The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Goods Of Full Value, Stored In Appropriate Conditions And Preserved Using A Method Ensuring The Preservation Of Its Properties And Technical And Operational Parameters During Storage And Transport. [6] Chemical Products Covered By The Order Should Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Unit Packaging (E.G. Cans, Tubes, Bottles, Etc.). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Separation/Pouring Of Products Into Replacement Containers.[7] The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Goods Be Marked In A Way That Allows Identification Of The Manufacturers Markings. Unit Packaging Should Contain The Name And/Or Logo Of The Manufacturer, Description Of The Contents, Catalog Number, Type/Symbol, Expiration Date, Security Measures Used By Manufacturers, Etc. Goods That Cannot Be Identified Will Not Be Accepted.[8] On The Day Of Delivery, Each Product Must Be Suitable For Use For A Period Of Time: Min. 90% Of The Shelf Life Indicated On The Packaging, E.G. If The Shelf Life Specified By The Manufacturer Is 12 Months, The Ordering Party Will Not Accept Into The Warehouse Products That Will Be Useful For A Period Shorter Than 11 Months (12×90%≈11). If The Expiry Date Is Not Indicated On The Individual Or Collective Packaging, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Document Containing Such Information When Accepting The Subject Of The Order. The Above Applies To Products Whose Shelf Life Is Limited.[9] The Minimum Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects In The Goods Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Cases Not Covered By The Warranty, The Provisions Of The Civil Code Apply.[10] The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods To The Ordering Partys Warehouses.[11
