The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Sides Of Municipal Road No. 102221E In The Town Of Woźniaków On The Section From Km 0+930 To Km 1+227.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is As Follows: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz; 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1C To The Swz; (Note: Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities As An Illustrative And Informational Material. The Basis For Determining The Price Of The Offer Is Ultimately The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Sst And The Design Contract);4) Draft Contract – Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. Guarantee And Warranty For Defects: Guarantee And Warranty: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. (The Final Date Of The Warranty And Warranty For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer).2) The Warranty And Warranty Covers All Elements Made By The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation. The Ordering Party, In Relation To The Content Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Act, Declares That It Does Not Require An Obligatory On-Site Visit By Contractors Who Will Submit Offers In This Public Procurement Procedure.5. Requirements Regarding Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship: The Ordering Party Requires Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor (Including A Further Subcontractor) Of Persons Performing Activities Involving Physical Work, Machine And Equipment Operators During The Execution Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The
