The Subject Of The Order Is A Change Of Use, Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of A Building In Tylice Along With Accompanying Infrastructure - Investment Address: Tylice, 87-148 Łysomice, Łysomice Commune, Toruń Poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.2. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory Works; 2) Demolition Works;3) Foundation Works;4) Ground Floor;5) Attic;6) Roof;7) Facade And External Elements;8) Electrical Installation; 9) Communication; 10) Gas Tank And Gas Connection. 3. The Scope Of Works Within The Agreed Remuneration Also Includes: 1) Preparing A General Schedule For The Contract And A Weekly Schedule Presented By The Contractor And Agreeing On The Schedules With The Employer And The Supervision Inspector; 2) Analysis Of The Impact Zone Of The Works On The Facilities Adjacent To The Investment, Together With The Development Of A Design For Securing These Facilities And A Method For Monitoring Their Condition During The Execution Of The Works; 3) Execution Of The Works And Putting The Facility Into Use; 4) The Contractor On Its Own And At Its Own Expense Undertakes To Organize And Arrange The Construction Facilities And The Construction Site, Along With Providing The Necessary Utilities And Their Measurement To Perform The Subject Of The Order; 5) Preparation, Organization, Security And Cleaning Up Of The Construction Facilities And The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Investment; 6) After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Final Acceptance Of The Works By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area And Restore Them To The Condition They Were In Before The Commencement Of The Works; 7) Ensuring All Utilities Necessary For The Use Of The Investment;8) Commissioning And Checking All Installations And Systems (Including Checking Their Effectiveness In Relation To The Design Assumptions) Constituting The Scope Of The Construction Project, Along With Training The Employers Representatives In Their Operation;9) Conducting Risk Analysis, Including Environmental Ones, Along With Assessing The Consequences And The Probability Of Their Occurrence;10) Performing Warranty Inspections And Warranty Repairs During The Warranty Period;11) Carrying Out All Legally Required Tests And Tests, And Submit Their Results, Permits, Attestations And Certificates Together With The Application For Final Acceptance (If Applicable);12) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations, While Minimizing The Nuisance Of Carrying Out The Works As Much As Possible. The Contractor Also Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction; 13) The Contractor Provides Materials And Devices
