On The Plot With Registration Number 50, Jerzyce Surveying District And The Plot With Registration Number 59, Kaspral Surveying District, The Scope Of Which Includes, Among Others: : - Preparatory And Complementary Works; - Clearing Bushes And Trees - Demolition Works, Earth Works And Surface Profiling; - Substructions And Surface; - Apparatus Sides; - Sides; - Preparation And Obtaining Approval Of Temporary Organization Traffic; - Providing Surveying Services And Performing A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 45.23.31.40-2 - Road Works 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: In Accordance With The Definition Included In The Law Construction, A Construction Object Should Be Understood As A Building, Structure Or Small Architectural Object, Together With Installations Ensuring The Possibility Of Using The Object In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Constructed Using Construction Products. Dividing The Order Into Individual Industry Works Would Therefore Be Pointless Due To The Coherence Of The Design Of The Expanded Water Treatment Plant As One Building, As Well As Saving Resources And Being Economically Unjustified From The Point Of View Of The Contractors Participating In The Tender.
