Dr. Roman Ostrzycki In Konin, Located At Ul. Szpitalna 45 And At Ul. Cardinal S. Wyszyńskiego 1;- Transport Of People From Their Place Of Residence, From Konin And The Surrounding Area Within A Radius Of 35 Kilometers, To The Chemotherapy Center At Ul. Cardinal S. Wyszyńskiego 1 In Konin; - Transport Of People From Their Place Of Residence, From Konin And The Surrounding Area Within A Radius Of 35 Kilometers, For Treatments To The Physiotherapy Department At Ul. Szpitalna 45 In Konin.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 (Designed Provisions Of The Contract), Which Includes The Estimated Quantity And Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Order Can Only Be Completed By One Contractor. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Involve Technical Difficulties And A Threat To Proper Execution Of The Order Due To Difficult Coordination Of The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing The Order, And Consequently, Increasing The Costs Of The Ordering Party.4.
