Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Number Of People Provided By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Respect, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary, Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows An Increase In The Number Of People Referred To In Point D By No More Than 50%.
