1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E), Including Sales And Provision Of Distribution Services For The Needs Of The District Prosecutors Office And Subordinate Units, Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Supply Of Natural Gas Referred To In Section 1 Will Commence No Earlier Than After The Effective Termination Of The Current Comprehensive Agreements For The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel With The Current Sellers. 3. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Declaration Of Gas Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, The Act Of April 23, 1964, The Civil Code, And The Implementing Acts To The Above-Mentioned. Set.4. Gas Supplies Will Be Made To Gas Consumption Points (Ppg), Used To Connect Internal Networks Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Network Of The System Operator.5. A Detailed List Of Gas Consumption Points, Tariff Groups, Contractual Capacities And The Planned Amount Of Gas Consumption Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Is Also The Price Form.
